Stage 6 completed... again!

I don't know if I made any real progress, but I completed Stage 6 of New Rules of Lifting for Women again.  This B workout was better than the A one two days ago.  No AMRAP!

Stage 6B5-2

Warm-up - FBB (10:10)

Reverse Lunge, One DB at Shoulder - 2x10 @25#

DB 2-pt Row - 2x10 @37.5#

DB Push Press - 2x10 @25# each hand

Hip Thrust - 2x10 @25#  (subbed for back extension)

Hanging Leg Raise - 2x10
