This is just my log of what is going on in the fitness side of my life. It's mostly for my own use, but if anyone else finds it interesting, great! Feel free to leave comments.
WARNING: I can be rather long winded.
Since my knee continues to be sore, I'm taking a little break from running and lifting. I think it may just continue being sore if I don't stop stressing it. Hopefully it will only be a week or so more.
